• Servicing export order for all Intercompany entity along Net external Account across APEC, MEA, Europe, USA, North America Etc.• Working closely with customers from various geographies along with Distributors for their requirement & offering end to end solution• Export shipment/Drop shipment, Re-export & Deemed Export order execution• Work closely with Logistics for smooth movement of FCL/LCL shipment within stipulated timeline • DG & Non-DG grade shipment compliance & execution• LEO country export order execution & compliance• LC Order & Documentary Credit order compliance & execution• Prepare weekly/ monthly sales report for the region & support in regional sales performance• Ensure order execution as per material Strategy MTS /MTO

1.Servicing existing accounts of entire Indian Subcontinent, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts in south & east India by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.2. Meeting customer from time to time as & when needed.3.Work closely with Manila Operation Center as well as plants located in US, Europe & South east Asia for timely execution of received orders.4. Work closely with Freight Partners as well as Banker for optimum movement of Goods from Manufacturing source to processing sources till it reached end customer Plant. Work closely with Banker for timely submission, review & release of Original documents as per LC Clause.5.Prepare weekly, Monthly sales report for the region & support in regional sales performance.6.Work with sales Manager to provide on product requirement forecast.7.Follow with customer for timely realization of payment as per agreed terms between Grace & customer.

Generating formal quote in accordance with applicable Corporate Sales and Marketing Policy Ensure pricing and discounts are accurate in formal quotation be updated on sales, marketing and promotion program and administer these accordingly.
