Maintenance Planning:• Prepare weekly PM schedule and Corrective maintenance for upcoming activities to be discussed in weekly meeting for the capacity of manpower and availability of activity. • Check notification in SAP System that notify by operation. Discuss with operation and maintenance regarding that notification with site visit to know the scope of work.• Create work order and allocate resources as per requirement and check spare or material availability before releasing or schedule the work order.• Release work order to be executed by maintenance dept.• Follow up the support and resources required, like Crane with rigging crew, scaffolding and some vendor requirement by maintenance.• Shutdown job execution• Breakdown job execution.• Anticipating issues in the planning process to reduce delays and meet deliverable timing.Shutdown Planning:• Discuss and coordinate with Operation and maintenance to define the scope of Shutdown job & arranging resources as per requirement.• Prepare the Job pack for particular line shut down.• Create schedule in primavera p6 to monitor the progress and to show to the managers which activities or discipline are lagging or holding the shutdown milestone.SAP:• Upload the SAP master data in the system for PM module like Work center, Function location, Equipment, Equipment classification, Task list, PM Plan, & Etc.• Implementing the SAP (PM) system in MTCE & planning dept.• Create and track the department KPI’s (Schedule Attainment, Mhrs. Utilization, PM Ratio & Etc.) trough extracting data from SAP.

Which includes Renewal of Fire Hydrant Pipeline which is carrying sea water of 0.6 km was renewed and Two nos. of 15M Height Steel Structural Tower was erected above the Sea Shore.
