 Release purchase orders to suppliers, follow up and confirm the purchase order, track the status of the purchase order with supplier until it is delivered to the warehouse. Perform purchase analysis, prepare RFQ’s & RFI’s and negotiate with suppliers/brokers/distributors to select appropriate source for each item as per their cost, capacity, previous performance and process technology. Handling PO cancellation, order push out with suppliers to avoid excess inventory. Handling end to end, procures to pay function by coordinating with accounting department to solve payment issues (blocked invoices) with suppliers to avoid delivery delay of new orders.
