Handling E2E Finance operations (PTP/C&C/RTR/FP&A and Inter-Company Accounting) for a leading manufacturing Client

Head of Procure to pay and inter company accounting processes pertaining to North America, Latin America , Asia Pacific and India Region. Was also Involved in robotizing the procure to pay and inter company accounting process as a business process expert. Was double hatting Delivery and RPA role during this period

Responsible for Service Delivery of End to End F&A Operations pertaining to APAC region

Managed the Procure to Pay process of Philips Lighting. Was part of the the SAP workflow implementation(Phase II) support team for payables. Peformed User Administration Tests for SAP workflow that helped to identify and fix the bugs swiftly. Designed and developed vendor reconciliation and GR\IR tools in MS-Access that helped to enhance the overall productivity of the processes.

Handled the Accounts Receivable process comprising of Cash Application, Sales Order processing, Detention billing, Credit control, Collections and Deductions management. Have been instrumental in implementing several improvement projects to streamline the AR activities and have won several accolades for the same.

Was part of the Fixed Assets team where we dealt with USD 3 Billion worth of assets belonging to a transport and Modular space company in US. Handled the E2E FA accounting, reconciliation and reporting.
