I am Premkumar 6 yrs indian exp 1 year GCC Experiences Steel Structure Pre Engg Bulding Manufacturing, Storage tank, vessels, Heat Exchangers, Wtp Plant work & Erection WorkRoles And Responsibilities➢ Planning of Production activities as per the instructions from Workshop In charge➢ Cost Center wise materials purchase requisition to be submitted to purchase department for procuring the materials required for fabrication➢ Need to analyze the fabrication shop drawings issued from the design department and allocate work to fabricators and welders accordingly➢ To obtain CNC machine cutting details from the Design Department➢ Supervise the production activities and to ensure monthly production targets are met➢ To ensure minimum quantity of consumables required for production are always available at the workshop➢ To ensure there is traceability of all the different materials fabricated on Cost Center basis➢ To intimate the Workshop in Charge of materials ready for shifting to site➢ Need to coordinate with Purchase department for arrangement of Trailer for shifting materials➢ Review of Purchase requisition prepared by the Design departmentReports To Be Maintained➢ Quality Inspection Reports➢ Daily Manpower Report➢ Weekly Production Report➢ Monthly Production ReportMy Daily Activities➢ Plate Cutting Plan Making➢ Fabrication Work Schedule Preparation ➢ Material Requestation➢ Material Followup➢ Inward Material Qty and Quality Checking➢ Outward Materials Delivery Note
