Product Management Possesses general understanding in the areas of Networking, system design, Virtualization  Experience on solution design with various projects and technologies Product knowledge about Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, Symantec etc. Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures  Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements  Experience in audits and process complianceProject Management Define project’s objectives, governance plan and oversees quality control throughout the life cycle Provides periodic status reports, timely alerts to the business and project stake holders  Acts as the primary interface between business and ITICS organization through the life of the project for any requirement, solution design or project deliverable Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Gathers IT Infrastructure Requirements for client engagements Provides budgetary costs, timelines for IT requirements to business Project management of IT infrastructure setup for new build out projects Coordinates with other ITICS support groups for overall execution of projects. Follows up on the progress and ensure delivery of projects within budget and committed timelines Responds to RFP/RFIs specifically on IT infrastructure and communication areas Reports and Dashboards for on-going projects, timely escalations Helps to resolve complex IT Infrastructure issues for business by coordinating with business, client contacts and other ITICS support groups Liaison with external vendors, support partners on equipment and service delivery  Effective utilization of resources, optimizing the cost by designing & deploying efficient solutions Bring in customer focus and prioritize delivery as per customer needs
