Responsibilities: • Preparing Process Control Sheets• Ability to read the customer engineering drawings.• Responsible for lay out inspection and making the report.• Responsible for Measuring Instruments.• Analyze the Quality of process.• Preparing Final Inspection Reports and lay out inspection Reports.• Knowledge in all extrusion Aluminum profiles.• Knowledge in aluminum clipping, slipping, matching profiles.• Ability to study the end use of the aluminum product in fabrication.• Handling of ASCONA ( Aluminum profile checking M/C )• Capable of studying the fitments (matching, clipping & sliding) of extruded aluminum profiles• Responsible for control all the quality table inspectors.• Responsible for giving innovative ideas for improve the quality of the products.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing process (Including plans, specifications and applicable codes).2. Develop and execute the project-specific QA/QC Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.3. Make & maintain daily quality reports.4. Continually improve strategies and tools to efficiently and effectively document, track and record compliance with the manufacturing process.5. Incoming inspections of materials 6. Prepared standard operating procedures, manuals and work instructions for production operations for the unit7. Reduced rejection level and rework through continuous up gradation of quality circles to observe better compliance in line with the changing costumer requirement8. Final inspection before dispatch.
