Develop and implement business strategies and perform project planning and management, prepare estimates and develop project plans. Participate in cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, and customer relationship management; Define and collate functional specification; perform business process mapping.Manage, verify and design appropriate changes in operational and managerial structures; Analyze the economic conditions to determine appropriate development/financial policies, scope of business operations, and design appropriate operational and managerial structures in order to enhance smooth operations and profit of the company.Oversee the work of the department and assigns them related duties, viz. Selection of work locations, pricing policies, determination of products to be offered to hire marketing staff for the company.Review with customers periodically in co-ordination with the service/project delivery organization to ensure complete customer satisfaction; establish new relationships, manage existing relationships, negotiate agreements and driving key initiatives both externally as well as internally. Manage all commercial responsibilities related to the business interactions with the customer.Lead and manage the team of Sales and Marketing, track and report on the team’s marketing/sales activity including resumes lead generations, interviews, number of hires, etc.; Proactively provide management with regular status updates, identifying problem areas and potential solutions.Approve and submit proposals considering feasible to the top management for consideration and allocation of funds from finance department.Review the contracts proposed by marketing team and negotiate with the third parties to obtain optimal advantage from these contracts and evaluate features, such as objective or propose of project, applications from findings, costs of project and equipment and man power requirements.
