• Responsible for End-to-End Transport operations to ensure availability of sufficient vehicles for network (line haul) and feeder runs.
• Responsible for activities related to vendor identification, vendor selection, spot/ Adhoc market vehicle procurement, etc.
• End to End Vendor Management which include RFQ, cost comparison, rate negotiation and finalization of contract with Transport Service provider/ vendors.
• Responsible for Agreed SLA met with service partner and monitor Transport vendor SLA to meet customer EDD/TAT.
• Managing network connections inbound, outbound, appointment deliveries, are done on time and as per TAT.
• Responsible for capacity utilization of network and feeder vehicle, On time Arrival and Departure of Network (Line haul) vehicle.

Mumbai Area, India

• To ensure that vehicle (Internal or external) are available within Intended time frame to make smooth operation.
• Effective Route planning/ Vehicle planning for daily primary and secondary Transportation.
• Achieving the target transportation cost saving.
• Budgeting, costing and monitoring Transportation and Logistics cost.
• Proper utilization of company owned as well as attached vehicle.
• Monitor and control route related cost (fixed, variable, toll etc.) for company owned as well as attached vehicle.

Mumbai Area, India

• Co-ordinate with Customer and warehouse manager for dispatch of the shipment
• Ensuring completion of the documentation and on time departure of the vehicle.
• Send daily vehicle status to the customer as well as all concern branches.
• Generate various kind reports and send to corporate office as well as Zonal head.
• Assist Zonal head related to sales and operational activity.
• Co-ordinate with delivery branches for on time delivery of the shipment.
