Current•Responsible for End-to-End Transport operations to ensure availability of sufficient vehicles for network (line haul) and feeder runs.•Responsible for activities related to vendor identification, vendor selection, spot/ Adhoc market vehicle procurement, etc.•End to End Vendor Management which include RFQ, cost comparison, rate negotiation and finalization of contract with Transport Service provider/ vendors.•Responsible for Agreed SLA met with service partner and monitor Transport vendor SLA to meet customer EDD/TAT.•Managing network connections inbound, outbound, appointment deliveries, are done on time and as per TAT.•Responsible for capacity utilization of network and feeder vehicle, On time Arrival and Departure of Network (Line haul) vehicle.•Fixing GPS and E-Lock in all schedule network vehicle and closely monitor safety movement of vehicle on each route.•Maintain PAN India FTL Rate Matrix /Rate per km on each route, •Leading and guiding Billing team to Process vendor invoice to ensure vendor payment on time.•Quarterly evaluation of vendor performance based on various criteria such as quality, cost, response, on time vehicle placement, on time delivery etc.
