 Here my roles and responsibilities are to diagnose and resolve Operating System, Hardware and Software program problems to root causes. Troubleshoot protocols running on HP hardware to assist customer with problem isolation and resolution. Implementation which includes Installations, configurations, Testing of HP software and tools, remote troubleshooting. Resolve issues to meet customer satisfaction by keeping the customer updated on the case status while maintaining an action plan for the investigation and resolution life cycle of the case. Worked and familiar with BIOS, HP Hardware and Software Diagnostic Tool, Drivers, Genesys, Microsoft Office 365, Remote Access, Skype for Business, MS Outlook, CRM 2.0.
