Working on Bitcoin Products @ Cash App. Our team is responsible for user facing Bitcoin Buy/Sell flows and managing USD<->BTC orders within Cash App.I contributed as a senior level IC and lead on a variety of projects, including: - Aiding in the launch of Bitcoin Investing for Teens 13+. This requires Parental permission before teens can invest.- Leading a project which involved migrating core tax infrastructure from a monolith service to various microservices.- Helping internationalize our services in order to support launching Cash App outside of the US- Working on the first pieces of a greenfield project to help track cost basis for Bitcoin Buy and Sells. This is to support IRS regulation that will require Cryptocurrency brokers to report cost basis of cryptocurrency activities on behalf of users to the IRS.Tech Stack: Kotlin, MySQL, Kafka, Misk (Kotlin Service Container)

Launched the Web Payments SDK which allows developers to take payments on their websites using Square. This supported a variety of payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more. I worked on Uber Eats Growth on the Rider to Eater team (R2E). This team is responsible for trying to attain new UberEats users through the Rides app. I worked on a feature which included integrating the Uber Eats Website (https://ubereats.com) into the Rides app through a WebView so that riders who hadn't tried Eats could try the experience through the Rides app without an app installation.I worked across both our R2E and UberEats.com teams as a front-end developer to add features and make optimizations to make this experience feel as native as possible.Tech Stack: React.js, Redux, Fusion.js

I joined a growing satellite office, worked on multiple projects as Full Stack Developer and iOS Engineer and helped grow a new account for Reaktor NYC. - Worked with HBO on their payments infrastructure team to help migrate between payment processors on their direct to consumer streaming product. (Go, Node.js)- Built high fidelity iOS prototypes to help a luxury gym brand improve their check-in experience using bluetooth beacons. (iOS, Swift, Objective-C, React Native)

Early engineer at Connected (acquired by Thoughtworks)Helping our clients build better products. During my time at Connected I had the pleasure to work with some large to medium sized companies doing backend, frontend and iOS development. I worked with clients in various industries including banking, e-commerce, consumer electronics and major internet companies.I also worked closely on some of Connected's early internal projects which included working on an IOT software platform and a voice UI prototyping tool. iOS Development.

I interned with the Kindle Rendering Framework Team. During my time on the team I worked on an independent prototyping project which required loading OBJ 3D models into Kindle Fire Books. I learned and utilized OpenGLES and C++ with the Android NDK for this work.- Worked with a cross platform rendering team within the Kindle ecosystem- Independently completed a project requiring knowledge of Android, OpenGL and a 3D SceneGraph library (OpenSceneGraph)

- Coordinated with an agile team of developers on the website RedFlagDeals.com.- Implemented new features and bug fixes for the website using languages such as PHP, JavaScript(JQuery), HTML and CSS.- Independently completed a project which required converting legacy code into Symfony MVC framework code.
