I am a founder and CEO at Book and Go, a travel aggregation solution and provider of B2B and B2C SaaS distribution for travel agents and travelers. With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, I have developed a passion for creating and delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the travel trade.Book and Go was the culmination of my entrepreneurial journey, which started in 2014 when I founded Global Reservations, a travel technology company that provided online booking and payment solutions to hotels. Prior to that, I held various leadership roles at TSL, a Travelport official partner, where I was responsible for the strategic partnership, business growth, industry relationship, and customer service across seven countries. I also represented Travelport as the NDC Head at Galileo Pakistan, an Emirates Airline subsidiary.I also continue to pursue my interests in mediation and conciliation, as a certified mediator and trainer by the Aga Khan Conciliation and Arbitration Board. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems, creating value for customers and stakeholders, and contributing to the advancement of the travel industry.
