- Supervising the paint polishing line and achieving production targets by maintaining quality with the minimumwastages and minimum cost of production.- Maintaining and controlling the production targets based on SPQRC.- To maintain quality of painted cars to provide best quality cars to the next customer.- Troubleshooting of paint quality defects related to manual and robotic painting.- To eliminate the deviations in line and shop floor through effective layered audits and Safety observation Tour.- To Prepare SOP to carry out the process within the standard and maintain the quality of painted cars.- To evaluate and prepare Skill matrix of associates through proper job rotation plan.- To maintain all process related documents.- To maintain the cost targets and reduce the cost without hampering the quality of product through various costsaving Kaizens and Optimization of direct and indirect material cost.
