I am passionate about holding space for others to shift their inner experience and thus alter the reality on the outside. I work with Individuals and hold Group Sessions based on the learnings I gained in the past years and my intuitive ability. Following my interest in personal well-being, growth, and development I learned Arts Based Therapy, Indian Psychology & Philosophy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Rebirthing Breathwork.Guiding and Coaching people came naturally to me in these stages of development. Thus having integrated my natural skills and learnings, I continue to hold space for myself and others towards well-being, growth, and development.
