To handle Account Receivable/Payable, • Taxation, MIS reporting with help of Formula like Vlookup, IF, IFS, SUMIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Table, Filters, Sorting, Formatting and other Advance Excel tools & Formulas. • ITC reconciliation Portal VS Book, • TDS/TCS Preparing, Challan payment & Return Filling. • Preparing & Filling Return of GSTR1,GSTR3B • Good Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC. - E-invoicing, E-waybill Making. • Audit of Cash Book & Inventory. • Handle internal & External Auditor during Audit Period or as when requires. • Follow up with vendors for timely Supply of Goods or Services. • Review purchase orders in term of approval, Quantity, rate, and other term & condition. • Timely Invoice processing against credit purchase and Release payment. • Making Purchase Order, Booking invoices with PO or Without PO. • Handling all the reports required by the Higher Management. • Bank, Credit card reconciliation on daily basis. • Reviewing & Reconciliation of Vendor’s and Customer’s Ledger. • Preparing Outstanding Ageing report and giving reminder to customers. • Cash counting and deposit to bank on daily basis. • Day by day AR/AP and inventory related transaction to complete. • Perform Month End Closing Activities & Booking Provisions of expenses. • Group subsidiary company transactions and Ledgers reconciliation. • Making Adjustment Journal Entry to when required.

Petty cash handling, Preparation of various templates required by team members.Data Maintenance and documentation. Stock counting physically twice a month. Taking month end provision.Preparing Budgets.
