Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall production process of the bottling lines as regards to quantity and timeliness of the product produced. Quality control of all packing material & final product as per specifications.Production Planning & Control Looking after day-to-day activities, production schedules, raw materials standardization, implementing quality tools, machine loading for optimum output and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets. Overseeing production, keeping control over activities & analyzing processes for stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operations. Monitoring production systems / processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them; monitoring and coordinating planning activities for effective production compliance. Handled Manufacturing Operations (Bottling Plant) Production Lines IMFL.Implemented SOP and techniques to achieve efficiency and improve quality standard and maximum cost saving, Wastages Control of RM & PM, Losses tracking ensuring wastage's within parameter. As per forecast Production Planning Vis a Vis Production achievement as per management requirement. Manpower Planning & Control for Production Lines Handled & Motivating Team of Deputy Manager, Production Executives, Maintenance Executives Supervisor’s, and Operators for better productivity. Scheduling & directing to Maintenance Team for Preventive Maintenance CIP , Shutdown of Bottling Lines. Arranging to issue “C” Forms to the Vendors Conducting Physical Verification of Stock on quarterly basis. Successfully started sending IMFL to MIZORAM. Taking care to production & dispatch for Meghalaya & Mizoram Taking care of 1.50 lacks Cases.  Major Brand OCW,OC BLUE, OC BLACK, Brand McD No1, McD Platinum, CLR Rum, Royal Romanov Vodka Etc. Total 15 Brands. Own Brand total startup including procurement plan as well as blending & logistics.
