• Accountable to the organization for the planning, designing, integrating and successful completion of software delivery activities,, to support current and new business initiatives
• Initiate improvements in the development capability to ensure timely, high quality and cost-effective delivery of customer solutions
• Direct the development of departmental objectives to achieve: maximum human and machine resources’ allocation/utilization, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions when necessary
• Provide technical leadership to the team based on solid hands-on experience in different technology areas
• Manage and lead the day-to-day activities of a team of technical and non-technical professionals ranging from Managers, Administrators, Analysts and Engineers
• Ensure all employees comply with departmental processes and procedures including detailed work instructions supporting PCI-DSS
