• Accountable to the organization for the planning, designing, integrating and successful completion of software delivery activities, , to support current and new business initiatives• Initiate improvements in the development capability to ensure timely, high quality and cost-effective delivery of customer solutions• Direct the development of departmental objectives to achieve: maximum human and machine resources’ allocation/utilization, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions when necessary• Provide technical leadership to the team based on solid hands-on experience in different technology areas• Manage and lead the day-to-day activities of a team of technical and non-technical professionals ranging from Managers, Administrators, Analysts and Engineers• Ensure all employees comply with departmental processes and procedures including detailed work instructions supporting PCI-DSS• Accountable for budget administration managing, developing, and maintaining the annual Budget, within budgetary guidelines• Review and analyse financial reporting (outlooks, variance, etc.) as required• Establish strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers, Banks and vendors
