With over 20 years of experience in information technology, sales, and business development, I am a passionate and visionary leader who empowers women and youth in the fields of data science, analytics, and social innovation. I hold a PhD in Integral African Feminine Leadership and Enterprise Development from the Da Vinci Institute and Trans4m Geneva, where I am also a senior fellow.As an associate researcher and supervisor, guest lecturer, and external marker at the University of Johannesburg, I apply my expertise in integral coaching, mentoring, and transformation to support community development and social work students in their research and innovation projects. As the founder of Green Skills Consulting, a women-owned social enterprise, I enable, educate, and inspire women and youth to pursue careers and opportunities in the technology and social innovation space, leveraging my skills in customer relationship management, new business development, and business intelligence. My mission is to create a more inclusive, diverse, and sustainable society through integral leadership and enterprise development and transformational coaching.
