• Reporting to Head of Infra.Responsible for delivery/maintenance and running of entire IT Operations/Infrastructure.Key scope comprise of to maintain IT systems up and running all the time, to provide user support to.
• Ensure adoption, implementation and compliance with all relevant Information security and regulatory frameworks and policies, standards process.
• Ensure appropriate disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested for all in-scope Intranational branches.
• Evaluate the IT systems against business needs, both present and future, and recommend cost effective viable solutions.
• Develop plans for migration of technologies to support necessary future directions.
• In coordination with the Head Office IT & Group Security teams, manage and deliver the regulatory, audit, governance, and risk related initiatives and timely clear all external and internal audit findings.

Singapore

• Core functionalities is in managing team, vendors, stakeholders, procurement, contract, day to day operations and project management
• Involved in supporting new and existing applications systems by reviewing, supporting, and endorsing infrastructure architecture, resource planning, performance and system hosting environment, focusing on Hardware.
• Lead and support in the development of application infrastructure reference architecture, system integration and infrastructure performance management practices
• Point-of-Contact of Infrastructure team for new application system initiatives and to support/assist in application infrastructure reference architecture design, system integration and acceptance, and infrastructure.
• Manages both on premise and cloud infrastructure services to support application systems environments by working with Applications Service Consultant at agencies
• Understands systems operations environment and drive Architecture Review and Company's process to ensure smooth and sustainable operations (including resiliency requirements)

• Work & plan with solution architect and BAU of respective agencies for all NSSR under AFM contracts
• Work within a team environment to ensure daily availability of WINTEL servers with significant business or IT impact, handling all Windows Server OS installations, administrations, incidents, Root Cause Analysis.
• Implementation of Windows based infrastructure based on business requirements
• Ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of Windows based infrastructure based on business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS related incidents and problems
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management
