I started out in agency recruiting, learning the ins and outs of fast-paced, high-volume hiring, and later transitioned to in-house roles, where I could shape strategies that aligned closely with company cultures. Whether working with startups or established corporations,I've specialized in recruiting in the Lifesciences (CRO, CDMO, Clinical trials) and Technology( AI, machine learning, Data Science, etc) sectors. In recruiting, I’ve learned to pivot and adapt quickly. When I’m not working on hard-to-fill roles, I find myself tapping into my passion for supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I'm dedicated to creating pathways for underrepresented talent and actively networking with others who support DEI and LGBTQIA+ inclusion. I see recruiting as an extension of my values: helping people grow, listening to their stories, and reaching their potential. Outside the office, you can usually find me playing my harmonium, enjoying a walk/hike, Painting, practicing Kathak, or even chatting with local artists at gallery openings.
