The academic community of philosophy, like every sphere of social life, needs more diversity, inclusion, and representation. In my role, I aim to help facilitate the BPPA’s efforts in contributing towards meaningful progress in these areas.

Represents the cohort by gathering feedback and presenting to department authorities at termly meetings.

Organised lectures and interviews involving renowned academicians and scientists, helping inculcate a love and excitement for science in the student community. Performed a leadership role in the departmental society with 100+ members and 10+ council members.

Coordinated a team with around 20 members including instrumentalists and vocalists. Arranged and taught classical composition pieces to perform in college events and external competitions.

Experienced first-hand the developments being carried out in the field of chemical kinetic study at high temperature using shock tubes at the Laboratory for Hypersonic and Shockwave Research under the collaboration of the Departments of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry (IPC) and Aerospace Engineering, guided by Prof. E Arunan, Chair, IPC.
