Action log have been maintained on daily basis.I have worked on few Projects which are OCR, EDI, COUPA, ERS, JIRA Tickets & Macro for Invoice processing and reportsStrengths are - Analysis the issues, Process improvement ideas and avoid duplication works. Maintain the SLAs as agreed from the client, preparing SLA, POT reports, PPT, Decks and excel tracker with the accurate data.Coming to People Management - Daily Team huddles will be conducted and providing the business updates and needs.A Leave tracker under me maintained to avoid unplanned leaves. Productivity and accuracy tracker is been maintained for each team member to track the team performance.Conduct training and assessment to the team members for every 3 months to refresh their knowledge and improvements. Rewards & recognition for the team members based on the performance which will motivate their works. Regular one on one is been conducted and provide feedback to the team which improves or helps their career.
