 Coordinating with all the junior site engineers and ensure every requirement are in place to run projects as per planned. Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning all types of Steel Structures. Preparation of fabrication, erection schedule to meet the target within the planned time frame. Preparing material requirements as per fabrication plan. Preparation of monthly erection plan. Preparation of crane schedule for proper utilization of equipment’s. Manpower handling and stage inspection of structures at site. Certifying the sub-contractors bills and coordinating for preparing the client bills. Responsible for the implementation of safety standards at the project site by ensuring that all relevant norms are employed effectively. Coordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors, Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement. Preparing DSR, and protocols for fabrication erection & commissioning. Utilize, monitor & maintain project schedule drawing specifications, daily tasks. Checking the progress of the work at sites as per program. Coordinating with QC department to cover any required NDT.
