CurrentRoles:• Responsible for providing training of service revenues generation, spares promotion & recommend service options to dealer service engineer• Strategically procreating additional revenues by acquiring product knowledge & techniques from direct customers• Reviewing the product on the basis of customer feedback and recommending improvements in products as per the observed feedbacks• Forecasting customer database for Saudi in order to provide ease to dealers to plan the customer visits & spares stock for the existing customer• Overseeing new products to ensure required changes are made only• Planning of warranty spares stock, campaign materials, dealer spares target, sales & stock mapping against their population• Organized product training (on site & factory) for dealer service engineer & key customer engineers• Undertaking activities like service job planning for the field engineers, customer visit daily & weekly planning• Maintaining & convening the spares stock inventory at dealer endAchievements:• Successfully lowered target delivery to 15 days by delivering on-time work• Played a key role in planning new dealer organization in Jeddah & Riyadh• Strategically improved spare sales of Saudi from 11 mil. to 29 mil.
