(Paint, Assembly shop & PDI). Ensuring good quality in Spot welding. Ensuring good quality in Robot sealer application & Robot Brazing.  Planning & Execution of Holiday work, Shut down work Activities in new Project. Ensure Following the Counter measures & Improvements in the concern line. Controlling scrap (OS&D) value within the limit. To arrange replacement resources for apprentice completing persons (Campus interview).  To organize training for team members (Safety, 5s, Quality & inline training).
