CurrentTEAM MANAGER Responsible for Achieving Production trails Milestones (Time Line) and Preparing RFQ, Final Techno-commercial comparison of supplier RFO, PO, Buy off , Payment Request & Payment Follow-up Effective Project/Time Management, Preparing Master Schedule, Plan activities and Follow up Responsible for Installation, Commissioning, Safety Audit & Handover Equipment’s to Production and Maintenance Department. Responsible for Budget Planning (CAPEX, and OPEX), Budget Tracking, Cash Flow and Continuous cost saving. Responsible for report to Top Management regarding Project Preparation Status, and take Go Head for next trail Responsible for Analysis, Coordinate with Other Dep’t, & C/Measure of Quality Issue raised by Customers Manage vendors & contractors - negotiate contracts, budgets and business arrangement & Prepare installation Schedule for new project installation Approval of Supplier proposed Designs for Spot welding Fixtures. Close Supplier follow up to ensure Schedule adherence. Planning and executing of Shut down activity schedule for installation of new project equipment’s. Tryout & Proving the In House Welding Fixtures automation. Responsible to Achieve Cycle time & Close all Concerns related to Quality, Safety, Ergonomics and Workability. Responsible for Body Accuracy and C/Measure to Improve Body accuracy by Jig Modification Responsible for OEE Target & Working in Cross Functional team For OEE Improvement Evaluate the Operation Standard, Process sheets and 4M Changes. Achieving QCT targets in terms of Cycle time, Defect control and on –time delivery.
