Technical information, QC testing, final result, QA approval, label printing, packing, & gate pass. Attending trouble shooting during the course of process, appliance to cGMP Regulations as per USFDA, ICH, ISO requirements. Follow safety procedures and precautionary systems as per norms while handling machinery and hazardous chemicals. Following production packing and dispatches.  Validating manufacturing process. Involving in the preventive maintenance. Planning and the execution of disinfection in clean rooms  Updating of the batch summary in the system, Updating & handling the Anthem ERP system. Maintaining & calibration of Ph meter, weighing scales. Overlooking glass line reactor, SS Reactor, Agitator nutsche filter, Rota cone vacuum dryer, Multi mill, Air Jet mill etc. in pilot plant and kilo lab. Handling the different steps in the reaction like Simple distillation Vacuum distillation, hydrogenation, filtration, layer separation, crystallization etc.  Checking the Properties of the product by sending on line sampling to QC. Handling various solvents chemicals like Acetone, DMF, Methanol, Isopropyl alcohol, Toluene, Ethyl acetate, etc.  Handling various chemicals like HCL, HNO3, H2SO4, Ammonia, NAOH flakes, HCL, liquid nitrogen etc.  Manufacturing & handling various products as per the Protocol.  Working in a USFDA plant, According to the USFDA standard following the documentation like BMRS , daily check list, weekly check list, Monthly check list, Calibration check list,so on.
