Lead Designer - pyro technology - Equipment design• Interacting with clients to understand project requirements and preparing base plans for proposals and projects.• Conceptualizing the designs of Cooler, Crushers and Hydraulic drives and Refractories according to customer’s requirement. • Prepare proposal, layout, assembly, fabrication and structural drawings, including bill of materials and detail drawings for the design of coolers using AUTOCAD 2007 & SOLID WORKS. • Prepare equipments and equipment support drawings, maintenance platform drawings and foundation drawings based on the customer requirement for cement plant.• Check the tolerances of all assembly, Sub assembly and parts using GD&T techniques. • Organize to prepare Heavy duty Roller Breaker, Crusher, and Refractory drawings.• Releasing equipment specification (for bought out items) to the vendor and Releasing requisition for manufacturing.• Coordinating with site managers and implementing changes in design if necessary.• Involved in documenting the drawings and preparing Manuals.• Trouble shooting of existing process problems in production line and part defect problems at Customer end.
