Senior Technical Services Engineer
Current• Assisting the sales team in achieving both top-line and bottom-line objectives by delivering timely technical support, which includes initial field assessments, understanding customer pain points, and providing detailed technical calculations in areas such as heat transfer, passive fire protection (PFP), and acoustics.• Supporting revenue and profit growth for the sales team by identifying and developing new customer applications within the region. This involves conducting product performance trials at customer locations to demonstrate our product's superiority over competitors.• Compiling and presenting Return on Investment (ROI) and life cycle cost analysis reports to the sales team, highlighting the value our product brings compared to competing offerings. • Actively participating in exhibitions, workshops, and seminars by delivering technical presentations to generate potential leads and prospects. • Traveling to customer locations to offer technical assistance and support during product installation. • Organizing technical meetings and briefings for distributors and the sales team, sharing recent success stories (case studies), as well as updates on ASTM/ISO standards and product specifications. • Ensuring thorough documentation of all technical service cases within the Salesforce system.
