As a tool room incharge i am taking care of all the operations of the toolroom.Our aim iis to run the production injection molding without any disturbance .As a head I need to review the mold design and order the material and have hands-on experience in finding the suppliers for external work with lowest quote and quality.I have manufactured different kinds of injection molds with my team of 40 peoples and clarified their doubts in jobs and fulfilled their caps by knowledge. Handsoff experience with dealing of external suppliers and vendors.As a incharge i need to do the day today activity of the toolroom to process the tool and supply the tool in the given time.

Successfully generated injection moulds up to 10 tons for electrical components. Played a key role in evaluation and correction of designs, ordering of raw material as per BOM and preparing machining sketch for the machine operators. Instrumental in securing customer approvals after assembling of moulds, trails follow up with production team and component inspections. Contributed to preventive and corrective maintenance of running moulds.

Managing all maintenance activities entailed in proper functioning of running moulds and press tools. Reduced breakdown of press tools by spare parts inventory managem Effectively operated all conventional machines and CNC machines. Successfully done press tools up to 12mm sheet thickness.
