Client: 7-Eleven, USA Went onsite to U.S.A. Successfully completed the system study and training on the I.T systems of 7-Eleven, U.S.A. Contributed towards moving the work offshore and successfully trained offshore users in the operation of the new system. Interacted with customer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organization strategic direction. Participated in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades and enhancements. Attend to production issues in a timely manner and resolving them. Remote Server Administration of Inbound and Outbound Remote ware Servers. Troubleshoot all failures in the inbound and outbound servers – this includes any failures in the session log and server log. Opening tickets with ACS and EHD for follow up. Monitoring jobs that run in the V.Com environment and perform wellness checks periodically. Open tickets in Vantive on all failures in the V.Com environment. Prepare system documentation and reports. Reports include E2E Morning Report, M01 Backlog Report, ISP Backlog Report, Fault Tolerant Report, Software Distribution Report and Critical POS Failure Report.
