I spend most of my time at Hamari Laado - something that I had dreamt of doing for a long time! Additionally, we aim to bridge the higher education gap for talented rural girls by connecting with sponsors like you.Prior to starting Hamari Laado, I spent around 12 years working across various functions, industries, and continents. In my last corporate role, I led a $1 Bn North America bus business for Cummins Inc. In my prior roles across Sales & Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Human Resources, I had the good fortune of working with global teams, global programs, as well as with many manufacturing locations. I find joy in getting to know people from diverse backgrounds and seeing them grow. I have always enjoyed volunteering and would love to see the culture of giving and volunteering grow in India, so many more of us can #BeABridge. I grew up in rural Rajasthan and was one in a million for whom all the dots connected - so I could complete my bachelor's education from Maharani's college Jaipur, Masters in HR & Corporate Governance from IMT Ghaziabad, and MBA from University of Michigan.
