Job Responsibilities:Handling VOIP related issues in IPPBX, Gateways, ATA’s, IP phones, IP surveillances and DVR.Configuring 3cx soft phone system servers, Grandstream IPPBX, FXS and FXO gateways, cameras etc.Configuration of the PSTN trunk, SIP trunk and call routing functionalities.Giving support for customer issues.Basic System and network related trouble shootings.Testing of and comparing of new brand IP phones and servers.Trunk E1/PRI to SIP, H.323.Presale Activities.ACHIEVEMENTMain Project Handled for BSNL FTTH: Successfully designed and setup for Bangalore Bsnl FTTH Project. Designed for FTTH setup in Apartments’ with OLT, ONT and Splitters Based on Apartment Blocks and Flats.Main Project Handled for Bangalore IT Company: Successfully set up the VOIP environment for a Bangalore based IT company. Configured IPPBX for their internal as well as external user communication. They needed outbound dialing so that PSTN lines trunked with IPPBX and they wanted to communicate with their All over India Branches. So, the FXO gateway, which was placed in other branches, has been trunked to the IPPBX in Bangalore and allowed users for outbound dialing by creating appropriate dial plans.
