Project Engineer for several projects. Role included processing of submittals, RFI’s and overall document management. In addition to that role I created and maintained the specifications of products that went into Home Leasing’s buildings. Went over finishes, styles, and products with end user (Management) to be sure the understood all product being installed in their buildings. When project was complete, I gathered all necessary closeout documents for distribution to owner, Architect, and Engineers. Project manager of several projects. Duties included buyout, contract writing, budget control, change orders, schedule, meeting coordination, submittals, RFI’s and overall project oversight.

Plan, price/estimate, and execute construction projects from conception (client wishes and needs) to completion. Coordinate the efforts of all personnel and contractors involved in the project, which also includes the architects, consultants, vendors, sub-contractors and laborers. Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a daily basis and meet regularly to get status updates of the projects.
