Crafting targeted content (marcom materials, Web content, social media blurbs, etc) – and articulating actionable insights – for major local and international companies across various industries (eg technology, hospitality, fashion, healthcare) and media platforms

Simultaneous with my full-time jobs (and with prior notification to my then employers), I fact-checked, inspected and refined all drafts in terms of grammar, syntax, punctuation, spelling, tone, brevity and flow (often even doing a deep edit), then proofread all the layouts, at Hinge magazine, an internationally circulated architecture-and-design monthly published in Hong Kong. Along the way, I also coached many of the younger writers.

• Multiple writing / editing assignments for key internal and external communications such as brand success stories, weekly news, Performance Pledge, press releases, video scripts, award submissions and diverse collateral announcing new energy-saving initiatives• Developed / sub-edited the content for various CLP microsites• Was invited back May – June 2015, to work on specific sections of the CLP website revamp

• Full-time writer and English Editor for leading telecoms company PCCW's loyalty magazine "No. 1", for retail customers, and contributing writer / sub-editor for PCCW's magazines "Partners" and "Dialogue", for SME and corporate customers, respectively• Various assignments for PR / ad agencies, blue- / red-chip companies, arts organisations, publishing houses and other clients

• Responsible for prospecting, securing, managing and maintaining various key accounts, from large governmental clients to top-tier corporate organisations• Studied tenders, performed needs audit, wrote proposals and proffered attractive cost packages for clients of various sizes and natures, with a consistent success rate of 3.5 out of 5• Led the Account Servicing team and interfaced with Design and Programming teams to develop and roll out on-target, quality-assured products for all clients• Steered the development of the HKSAR Gov't Information Technology & Broadcasting Bureau's first-ever Hong Kong Cyberport CD-ROM, which went on to win the Silver ASTRID Award 2001, given by MerComm (New York) www.mercommawards.com
