Suggest product additions, modifications and replacement of end of life products 6) Analyzing research data to identify gaps at customer end and providing solutions to fill those gaps7) Managing assortment life cycle and suggesting assortment revitalisation so that the range remains fresh and customer engagement and interest is retained/ increased 8) Designing value products and packaging considering the space constraints at the retail stores and ever changing consumer trends9) Pushing products depending on seasons and festivals 10) Half yearly reconciliation of accounts receivable and getting a sign off from customer accounts team11) Negotiating annual ToT, credit days, marketing budget and space allocation with customer12) Monthly presentation of category report card to senior managementTeam Building1) Developing the team (sales co-ordinators and supply chain in charge) by giving them a free hand to try and test their ideas for faster order execution2) Designing MIS for team so that it results in maximum output and minimum intervention3) Reviews based on quantitative data resulting in maximum job satisfaction
