Carried out the Hydraulic test for furnace & Bank zone tubes after erection. MAINTENANCE:1. Supervising the changing of Bucket elevator buckets & Belts.2. Supervising the changing of Coal Belt conveyor Belt.3. Supervising the changing of Hammer & Impact plats in Coal Crusher.4. Supervising the changing of Vibrating screen mesh & Shaft with bearings.5. Servicing and maintaining the high pressure feed water pumps.6. Take care of changing the Bags, Cages & Ventures in bag filter.7. Developed the drawing for shafts, Fans Impellers.8. Preparing & maintaining the minimum quantity Spares parts.OPERATION:1. Maintaining the Steam pressure with proper fuel ratio.2. Maintaining the furnace Draft by adjusting the ID & FD Fan speed.3. Maintaining the Bed height & Temperature and changing the bed material periodically for avoiding clinker formation.4. Control & Monitoring the SPM value of the flue gas by take caring of the filter equipments (Cyclones, MDC, Bag filter).5. Maintaining the Feed Water Parameters.(pH, TH, TDS, Conductivity, Alkalinity & chlorides).6. Developed & Maintaining the ISO & OHSAS Documents.RO & DM PLANT:1. Take care of the changing of RO Plant Membranes.2. Supervising the changing of Activated Carbon & sand in Carbon & sand filters respectively.3. Take care of the changing of cotton filters4. Take care of the changing of Cation & anion resins in DM Plant.5. Servicing the Diaphragm valve & Multi port valves.6. Take care of chemical washing of R.O plant and Regeneration of DM plant by using (HCL, Caustic & EDTA)
