Project conducted during exchange studies at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Airbus. I worked on this project in a team consisting of 5 students.The aim was to use normally inaccessible space for storing additional passenger serving carts. The additional cart was supposed to be stored in the back of the galley on top of the previous cart.I was mainly responsible for designing the hoisting system of the lift. This included mainly selection of proper machine components based on the calculated loads and conditions. The weight/power ratio was crucial in this case due to the nature of the operation of the system.In the end asystem was designed, which works automatically and has more then one safety feature.

I worked on this project in my 2nd semester at VIA University College. The project group consisted of 4 students. During the project we have cooperated with a company called Diget Landbrug A/S, which needed to design a new holding structure for a fertilizer spreader, which would allow the user to combine spreading and raking of the fertilizer processes into one process and additional the structure had to placed on a tractorMy responsibilities were mainly selecting suitable manufacturing processes and creating technical documentation for various parts of the structure. I have also cooperated with my teammates on the stress analysis of the structure and then selection of proper materials based on these calculations. The project group managed to reduce time needed for spreading and reduce costs, while still keeping the structure rigid and safe enough
