Searching for new potential IPO candidates for START and prime market. This task consist of finding interesting company, approaching them and introducing stock exchange to owners and CEO. I am also making valuation of the company.

I have provided support for Financial project manager. I have helped with wide range of tasks for example: accountig, updating budgets, data transformation from managerial P&L to standart P&L, answers for Czech statistical office and many more.I have also made monthly reports for financial director of CZC. This work consisted from statistics of retuned goods amount, possible cash fraud, delivery time, delay of cash from carrier companies etc.

My job was divided into three parts:1. The biggest part of my job was for the franchise manager. I was making sell out data reports, maintainig desired stock level (ordering repelnishment and processing returns), visual merchandising on shops etc. In general retail space management.2. One of the other part of my job was for the Key account manager. This includes mainly sell out data reports and leaflet analysis.3. Last part were ad-hoc tasks from whole sales department.

I provided help to companies, to attract university students through job fairs, workshops and meetings, in order for them to get the best talents from the czech job market. I had several other organizing roles (comunication with our conference partners, part of organizing team for conference with 140 delegates, responsible for virtual job fair).

I helped companies to attract talents from whole world, through AIESEC internships.
