Assistant Manager
Current-oversees patient care during check-in and check-out processes while providing PSAs with accessible resources and support to optimize the patient experience and retain relationships -responsible for training new PSAs and providing ongoing training and education to staff regarding operations, patient care, product knowledge, communication, and spa upkeep-manages all aspects of inventory- counts, restocks, and orders retail, backbar, consumables, spa and staff needs, and any other necessary purchases-maintains upkeep of spa equipment and is self-sufficient in inspecting, diagnosing, and resolving a range of hardware and mechanical issues and coordinates external maintenance support when needed-communicates effectively with immediate staff and across locations and departments regarding operations, promotions, patient support, and updates via appropriate channels, newsletters, and in-spa communication -supports Spa Manager in any way needed including LP and SpaDerma-wide communication, PSA management and guidance, schedule coordination, device and building maintenance, and any task management needs support with
