My primary tasks included:- Leading the Swedish Government’s negotiations on the revision of the EU’s Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) for the period 2021-2030 in close cooperation with other government ministries, business groups and civil society.- Developing the Swedish Government’s position on the implementation of the EU’s 2030 framework for climate and energy policy.- Working closely with businesses based in Sweden to promote emissions reductions and sustainable business practices in production processes and supply chains.

My principal responsibilities included:- Critical daily assessment of developments on the European carbon, energy and electricity markets.- Analysis of proposed structural reforms of the EU ETS.- Representing Sweden in the negotiations on structural reforms of the EU ETS.- Close interaction with other Swedish government departments, representatives from the EU Commission, other EU Member States and representatives of Swedish industry. - I also worked extensively with air quality issues related to energy and electricity production, in particular under the EU's Air Quality Directive, Industrial Emissions Directive and the carious elements of the proposed EU Clean Air Policy Package.- I represented Sweden in the Climate and Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) to finance projects to reduce emissions of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants.

My principal responsibilities included:- Minimising risk and losses whilst ensuring the rapid expansion of Klarna’s services in Germany.- Investigating unpaid German invoices to develop processes to prevent fraud and credit abuse losses.- Analysis of various data sources to make accurate credit and risk assessments. - Daily written and telephone contact with Klarna’s end consumers and merchants as well as German authorities and law firms.- Worked closely with colleagues in Klarna’s Swedish and German offices demanding outstanding language skills in English, Swedish and German.- Comprehensive database management with SQL.- Contract writing for cooperation agreements with prospective merchants.
