In this role, I am responsible for identifying critical machine upgrades to improve speed and uptime across multiple stations by working with multiple internal teams (Product Design and Station Owners). In addition, I am also responsible for creating a technical training rhythm and communication network to equip team members at all global sites with the information they need to troubleshoot and improve current equipment.

Owner of strategy and market development for Bar Light product platform. Within this role, I manage a team ranging from technical development and program management to sales procurement and commercialization.

Responsible for production line launch for global site in Hungary. With this came the ownership of technical training for the team in Hungary as well.

May 2013-Present: Mechanical Engineer in Red Bull Delta where I oversee daily production in addition to cell and division specific responsibilities. I am the Automated Optical Inspection station owner for Innotec, the Scrap Costs DR for the Lighting Division, and am responsible for 5S and IPPM/EPPM data tracking and analysis within Delta. I specialize in using problem solving and root cause analysis tools to identify trends in scrap data for various products and develop projects to address these trends. I am also involved in multiple Top 50 projects, one of which I am the project manager for.Summer 2012: Transferred to Innotec's Red Bull Alpha cell where we produced various lighting components (sill lighting, ambient lights, turn signals, and ground illuminators) for various vehicles. Gained valuable experience in preparing new production lines as well as new product design/approval and quality documentation (ex: process flow, control plan, and other elements to a PPAP).Summer 2011: Served as a cell member in Innotec’s Lambda cell where we produced OHCs for the Buick Enclave, Chevy Traverse, and GMC Acadia, giving me firsthand experience with dies, injection mold machines and other components of the assembly line. My responsibilities included Material Handling/Inventory, Material Ordering, Scrap Management, and 5S.
