Media arm of startup ventures, appearing at CES to help bring products to market and source capital for new rounds (100s of open deals placed for founders and warm intros made for investors - invest@thetech.buzz)- CRE Hawk, a comprehensive AI platform for commercial real estate brokers and developers powered by individualized property data and deep news insights (built on the Standard Matching Protocol)- Built the Standard Matching Protocol, a general enterprise AI network used for our other product offerings- URSI.ai, a platform (Jan 2023) for universities and their students, leveraging LLMs to enhance student life. - Selected for the 12-student analyst team out of 180+ applicants to NYU Stern’s premier Venture Capital fellowship- Dove into the startup landscape, VC fundamentals, financial valuations (DCF, comparables/precedents, estimations), design/Figma, creating pitch decks, product management, deal sourcing and term sheets- Pitched early-stage startup Context.ai, growth-stage startup EliseAI, and the open-source industry

- Fine-tuned language models to improve performance and speed while reducing cost- Internal apps (Retool) to assist the clinical team in creating agents- A few other things :)

- Worked with Jonathan Shriftman to deep dive AI agent infrastructure, synthetic/unstructured data, open-source AI, and decentralism, publishing an in-depth report on AI agent infrastructure- Assisted in due diligence on large startup deals- RP on team's quant model project, trained on PitchBook, PeopleDataLabs, and dozens of other data sources, to enhance decision-making for private funding deals
