People Beyond Borders is an international youth-led organization transforming the way displaced communities connect with each other and the world around them. It pioneers in inclusive practices to humanize narratives of displaced women and youth fleeing conflicts, disasters and human rights violations. The organizational mission is to connect displaced people together, foster their entrepreneurial skills and inspire creativity for social impact. - Directing and overseeing an international team for PBB's various initiatives and programs- Managing different grants and operations, including the UNDP Human Mobility and Innovation Award, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation Stipendien, NSRCEL- IIM Bangalore Social Startup Incubation- Design program plans, monitoring & evaluation (M&E) indicators, impact frameworks and conduct trainings - Build global partnerships and collaborations with our target population and stakeholders

- Assisted the 3-year project, “Towards an Inclusive Peace” conference, through project designing, planning, communications and documentation for 150 peacebuilders to apply a human-centered response to transforming violent extremism (TVE) with case studies from around the world

- Conducted impact analysis and market research on digital media storytelling for refugees in Athens, Greece and Niamey, Niger- Designed the organizational strategy and theory of change (ToC); monitoring, evaluation, accountability & learning (MEAL) frameworks

- Led the coordination and development of donor reports- Liaison for donor questions and inquiries, while ensuring compliance with grant regulations- In-charge of program designing and M&E minimum standards for program management- Primary focal point with the desk teams in Portland and Edinburgh to act in response to donor priorities and adhere to specific requirements and deadlines- Engaged beneficiary communities as equal partners in the design, monitoring andevaluation of field projects

- Evaluated refugee assistance projects in remote areas of Sidon, Tyre and Bekaa valley; field visits to Syrian and Palestinian refugee camps to monitor compliance with donor procedures and documentation- Developed partnership with UNICEF and Lebanese government for the EU-commissioned "Stop Child Soldiers" project to align with UN protocols for displaced children at risk; collected data from partner organizations and designed proposals for 42,284 Palestinian refugees from Syria

- Led the coordination of the donor reporting process, direct support to field teams in proposal writing, ensuring timely delivery of grant reports (including MEAL for data quality) in 12 states of India- Coordinated with Knowledge Management team on information sharing for the Humanitarian Unit that includes developing relevant tools based on the field needs assessments, dissemination of dashboard reports and daily tracking of the operation teams- Assisted in capacity building initiatives and technical training events, including leading the development and roll-out of a training on quality reporting & information management- Surge Support: As part of the emergency response team, provide surge support to scale-up current programs or for start-up of a new response; engaged in rapid assessments, data collection and communications- Supported the Humanitarian Team for efficient project cycle management across the humanitarian portfolio, including setting up grant opening meetings, field review meetings, consolidating and following up on action points, designing quality management and procurement plans, phased budgets and HR next steps

- Designed and implemented an international humanitarian and development training (Caux Scholars Program) at Asia Plateau in India to facilitate knowledge-sharing between 30 young migrants from over 20 conflict areas - Organized peace circles to empower 3 different women’s groups namely from Tibet, Afghanistan and Kashmir- Facilitated the project operations including recruiting; communicating with stakeholders and donors; leading the team-based priorities, outlining timeframes and communication strategies; creating and tracking project documentation - Coordinated with Corporations, Ministries and the Government of India for deliverable approvals- Developed financial objectives and budget by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, allocating resources, assisting fundraising initiatives, brainstorming alternative and corrective actions

- Collected, packed and distributed over 30 tons of relief materials during Kashmir Floods 2014; coordinated with 5 airlines to airlift medicines, solar lamps, blankets and water purifiers for affected victims- Organized reconstruction projects with children of affected schools Bijbehara, Budgam and Anantnag

- Provided overall logistical support and coordination to the Program Learning Group (PLG) in Nepal, a conference convening 200 technical leaders from HQ, regions, and 45 countries- Facilitated the dissemination of learning materials and supported the global technical staff with presentations, signature programs , infographics, reports, newsletters and resource sharing- Conducted follow-up with country offices to map the internal technical staff capacity and collected data to develop future learning resources

- Provided analytical research and operations management assistance to USAID contracts mainly with a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); edited over 6 Request for Proposals (RfPs) and past performance evaluations- Updated expense reports and budgets; supported consultants with project deliverables and data compilation; facilitated proposal-writing; developed Corporate Capability Statements - Organized a World Bank event with the Constituency for Africa and created assessment frameworks- Co-led a USAID proposal development in the Sahel region of West Africa on resilience, civil society engagement, forced displacement and humanitarian assistance

- Assisted Program Managers in monitoring and supporting field staff in different countries- Participated in the development of USAID and other donor proposals through research, writing, editing and analysis - Developed strategies and visual graphics to help private sector create new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) models to involve resource management and community engagement

- Developed peace-building project proposals; assisted with capacity building support, designed strategic ways to portray case studies of victims and change makers; created concept notes and analyzed youth radio workshops and leadership activities; developed program designs and information graphics for effective communication- Engaged in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reports; assisted the Director with selection of potential youth award winners worldwide; examined key indicators, trends, challenges and lessons learned from regional projects- Served as Rapporteur of SFCG at the Youth Participation in peace-building conferences in the United Nations HQ

- Provided research support and data analysis for partnerships between Peace Corps and minority serving organizations, specialized skills colleges and professional groups- Reached out and interviewed Returned Peace Corps Volunteers; supported with recruitment of prospective applicants; designed the diversity section of the monthly newsletter- Assisted with events such as USAID Global Conference to plan next steps and assessments

-Developed an ECHO project to standardize the monitoring of hate crimes across the EU-Researched and networked with potential partners, organizations, examined lobbying and advocacy regulations in the EU-Formulated training manuals to tackle social issues such as religious diversity, anti-discrimination and human rights
