Key Deliverables:- •Spearheading Enterprise/Corporate, SMB & Consultant sales for Delhi/NCR.• Managing a portfolio of 500+ accounts• Manage C-level and senior level relationships for enterprise accounts and SMB accounts• Engage and interact with Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Business Leaders to help them hire from the best available active and passive talent pool• Continue to become the client’s trusted recruitment consultant/partner thus helping them achieve their hiring objective (Cost per Hire, Ramp Ups, Recruitment Branding, Succession Planning, Candidate Assessments, Crowdsourcing, Head Hunting, Niche Hiring etc.)• Manage complete brand alliances for Enterprise Accounts, starting from conceptualization, customization to implementation and managing/measuring the response.

• Generating business engagement alliances for AskMe with businesses in Delhi/NCR region.• Understanding client requirements and designing marketing strategies to maximize revenues.• Assisting clients in understanding and implementing schemes on digital media interface to increase brand awareness.

Creating Clients data base in the areas of Interest.Presenting Company Proposal and Negotiating Terms & Conditions.Periodical follow up with the Clients & update changes if required.
