With over two decades of experience supporting senior leaders across various industries such as hospitality, training, search and recruitment, I am currently dedicated to assisting the CEO of Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturers Network (DCVMN) International. This non-profit organization is committed to safeguarding global populations against infectious diseases. My role involves providing crucial support to a network comprising 40+ vaccine manufacturers in over 15 countries, with the goal of enhancing the production and distribution of high-quality vaccines in developing nations. My responsibilities extend to coordinating and facilitating training activities, offering support in international advocacy forums, and contributing to the strategic direction of DCVMN on an annual basis. Additionally, I provide essential administrative assistance to the CEO.Beyond my role at DCVMN, I take pride in being the founder of ChaiVeda, established in 2017. Our primary focus is on crafting natural, organic, and herbal tea blends, with the intention of inspiring individuals to embrace a healthy tea-drinking routine. Drawing inspiration from ancestral Ayurvedic home remedies and self-care practices, I leverage my Ayurvedic herbal knowledge gained through studying Ayurveda and attending courses at The Herbal Academy. ChaiVeda has earned recognition, including a nomination for the Times SheUnLtd Women Entrepreneur Award in 2019, and regular features in the prestigious Godrej Food Trend Report (GFTR) alongside mentions in reputable publications. I am deeply passionate about creating delicious, energising and nourishing chai-blends tailored to diverse preferences and needs.
