• As Brand Registry was a pilot program launched for limited amount of sellers, helped sellers in setting up and managing their account
• Advised Sellers in choosing the right fulfillment model by briefing them through the various models and their associated costs
• Trouble shoot issues related to the listing of products, orders, inventory, payments, etc.
• Work with the legal team constantly to ensure the intellectual property of the brand is protected
• Mentored new hires by auditing their work, providing constant feedback and helping them achieve their weekly performance targets

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers
• Troubleshooting any incorrect information on the website which is affecting the seller/customer
• Ability to identify system, process and policy issues impacting firm’s Sellers
• Help sellers on how to use Amazon tools which includes various pilot programs
• Manage seller payments and identify any potential financial risks
• Managing seller accounts and inform sellers if there is any significant change in the inventories
