Amazon Brand Registry team helps protect intellectual property and create an accurate and trusted experience for customers on Amazon.Roles and Responsibilities: •As Brand Registry was a pilot program launched for limited amount of sellers, helped sellers in setting up and managing their account •Advised Sellers in choosing the right fulfillment model by briefing them through the various models and their associated costs•Trouble shoot issues related to the listing of products, orders, inventory, payments, etc. •Work with the legal team constantly to ensure the intellectual property of the brand is protected•Mentored new hires by auditing their work, providing constant feedback and helping them achieve their weekly performance targets •Work with Amazon IT on identifying any systematic bugs related to the Brand Registry interface•Work with the mangers on updating SOPs related to the process on a timely basis
