Present with Power's mission is to help people become more confident, natural and at ease with public speaking. I'm dedicated to teaching people how to unleash their “inner-presenter" by clearing the roadblocks they put in their own way and sharing the techniques I learned studying theater and film. While most of my clients don’t need to be professional speakers or give Ted talks, they still need to be able to persuade an audience to embrace their ideas. I help them identify and move past the fear and defense mechanisms which inhibit their natural and authentic way of presenting. Once they are comfortable in front of others, they can apply dramatic techniques to present clear and passionate ideas that an audience will want to listen to and follow. Mentor English is an education service provider. We offer courses like English conversation and financial literacy to local public grammar schools as afterschool activities.Responsible for course development, hiring native speakers and assistants.Mentor was founded with the idea that Czech schools were not teaching their students communication skills or preparing their students to be able to function in English. Our experience with teaching kids to play and interact in English has been amazing. Not only do they love the courses and the teachers but their ability and willingness to communicate in English is far superior to the students who haven’t taken conversation courses. Because we’ve been able to teach in schools for several years, we have seen that the earlier a child encounters English, the stronger his or her skills will be later in school. Mentor also provides a financial literacy course for 5th and 6th graders or 7-9th graders. Sobella Pictures is a small independent film and video company focused on producing socially conscious documentary films for theatrical release and television.

Duties Included: Managing our team of designers and programmers, sales and tech support. In addition to this was responsible for setting and executing all of our marketing activities. During my tenure at CMD, I oversaw a 4 fold increase in turnover and a staff increases of 50%. CMD was a leading designer of and provider of customizable portfolio websites for Photographers and videographers. Our clientele was largely portrait and wedding photographers. CMD successfully exploited the boom in this market following the digitalization of photography. The Prague office was disbanded when the owner sold the company to his partner in the US.
