I am a finance student at Rutgers Business School, where I am pursuing a degree in Finance, General Management and MIS. I am also a brother at Delta Sigma Pi, a professional fraternity that fosters leadership, service, and networking among its members. Through Delta Sigma Pi, I have participated in various events and activities that have enhanced my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.In 2022, I completed two internships that gave me valuable exposure to the fields of finances, accounting, and workforce development. At Somerset County, NJ, I assisted with budget preparation, financial reporting, and audit compliance. At The Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board, I supported the implementation of workforce programs and initiatives, and conducted data analysis and research. These experiences have strengthened my analytical, organizational, and technical skills, and have sparked my interest in the intricate relationship between global events and market fluctuations.My passion for finance is complemented by my passion for travel and culture. Born and raised in Pune, India, I moved to California at the age of 12, and then to New Jersey in 2019. This exposure to diverse cultures and communities has made me adaptable, curious, and open-minded. I enjoy reading and traveling, and have visited 12 countries so far. My goal is to continue exploring the world, learning from different perspectives, and weaving a tapestry of global experiences throughout my life.
