• Undertake TCP / TCQ activities in order to meet cost, quality and delivery goals• Plan, review and execute all activities with Suppliers for NPR processes in line with C2C processes, (i.e. design reviews, producability component and Supplier Risk Assessment)• Perform Supplier Quality Measures• Conduct periodic supplier audits• Develop and sustain NPI processes• Ratify and Sign off SupplierQuality Agreements• Co-ordinate Quality Claims with Suppliers• Facilitate Supplier Focus Programme• Monitor and update Supplier KPI’s• Lead PPAP process• Design and implement commodity strategies• Manage Supplier localisation projects for the Company• Material Planning from supplier to production• Indirect Procurement Activities • Direct Procurement Activities • Capex & MOB Expenses • Supplier Tooling

• Co-ordinate all engineering change activities• Monitor and control engineering change notifications• Develop BOMS for all new products• Create, administer, maintain and update spares BOMS • Perform component and product cost estimations and comparisons• Ensure accurate monthly forecast of cost change outlook• Allocate drawing part numbers• Maintain product specification document with Marketing• Co-ordinate all lab testing activities• Co-ordinate all products sent to other WP plants for testing• Generate PDC administration • Co-ordinate and manage technical changes
