• Led $3M catalyst development program for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) for non-conventional flue gas treatment. Developed in-house regeneration expertise to improve catalyst lifespan (30%)• Mitigated company’s liabilities ($1M+) by solving problems for emission control technologies (SCR, WFGD, mercury control) in power sector• Served as a technical expert for environmental projects (clean-coal, waste-to-energy, heavy metals, water treatment) and offered recommendations for business growth during stage-gate process. • Led particle development program ($2M+) co-funded by government and B&W for clean-coal technology to reduce carbon footprint. • Managed research labs, ensured the operations met quality standards and maintained safe work practices in accordance with EHSS policies

Undertook the challenge of successfully completing three-major projects during my PhD tenure. • Led emission control project funded by Caterpillar (750K).
