About Irene Greiner

After working as a director of a non-profit ministry for 12 years, I felt like I was ready for a change so I decided to pursue my passion which is health & wellness. I began my business in 2008 after becoming certified as a life coach and then a wellness coach. Now I call myself a certified Lifestyle Wellness Coach. I have many friends and acquaintances who are either over weight or suffering from health issues because of an unhealthy lifestyle which is something that gets me frustrated because I know they can change their whole life if they choose to. This is why I am so passionate about what I do because I know each person has the potential to lead a more fulfilling happier, longer and healthier life - the life God intends for them to lead. As a lifestyle coach I mainly coach groups in different locations such as health professionals offices, businesses, fitness centers and churches as well as telephonically. I educate my clients on eating healthy low glycemic foods, modifying behavior, and exercise. It is a very rewarding career, especially when I see lives changed and hear awesome testimonies. I feel very blessed to be able to help others by giving them the tools they need to continue a healthy life and help others do the same!
